Extremely unprofessional. I was mislead be everyone in the salon after a mistake they made and a refund I deserved. I was lied to by multiple staff members. And the manager would not return my phone calls or speak to me in person. All communication went through the secretaries, I wasn't even allowed to speak to the owner. So diappointing. Being a fun uptown salon is alright but try to maintain some shred of professionalism.
