I am a Wellness Coach certified by the world-renowned Mayo Clinic. I offer personalized support and motivational tools that can help you find a behavior plan that fits within your lifestyle. As your Wellness Coach, Ill provide support, guidance and accountability for making lifestyle changes such as weight management, tobacco cessation, healthy eating, stress reduction, stress management and physical fitness. The process is designed to bring out the very best in you by focusing on your present and future concerns and goals. I empower you by recognizing and facilitating your potential to create your desired life through self-discovery. We will work together using a strengths-based approach to make positive, lasting changes over time.
