I am here to help sort through these issues with you and to support you and connect you with the strengths you may not even know you possess." Those in my office arrive with an array of concerns, including relationships, both personal and work, family and children, mood disturbances, abuse issues (emotional and physical) and trauma. By providing a competency-based approach and a supportive environment, I will work together with you to get to the other side. If you are willing to work hard, both in and out of session, our work together can help propel you forward in your life.
