Very friendly and warm inviting atmosphere. The staff is also very willing to listen and be sensitive to your situation.
Everyone was very friendly! Great explantations of what was happening and the follow ups needed.
Not all my concerns were addressed, but I was told I should wait until my follow up to discussed. Things were running late and I felt a little rushed, but the doctor was very nice and clear and seemed to care about my discomfort and improving it.
They spent the time listening to my issues and detailed exactly what I needed to clear things up.
I have a great time every appointment. I've been seeing Dr. Pierre-Louis for over a year and have never felt more comfortable and taken care of with a doctor. 10/10 recommend!
