J&M are GREAT!! I would recommend them without reseration.

I was broken down with my little dog in the car when they pulled up to get a pizza on lunch. I asked if he towed cars and he said let's try a jump first. After 4 more jumps and him even working on my battery connection, the car wouldn't stay running. Given my car not wanting to stay on, he recommended a shop just up the road. I insisted on buying his lunch for all his help and he even followd me to the shop.

I am a female law student so I am skeptical of businesses taking advantage of a lady in distress who knows no one in town. This business was the opposite. They were professional, curteous and spent a good 45min of their lunch just trying to help me get out of the parking lot. They also saved me a few hundred dollars and a LOT of hassle and grief. Not to mention the shop they referred me to will be getting a 5 star rating as well. I would absolutely recommend J&M to anyone. Thank you J&M!!

Bad Company. Stay Away. When they came to pick up my car they offered me half of what they quoted me. One rim on my car used was selling for more online.

Just used them last weekend. My van finally took a dive and ended up in a parking ramp in downtown Minneapolis. Mike and his partner were there within an hour and were very nice and professional. Had the van out of there in 20 minutes.

I have used this company more than once and I am very happy with the level of customer service! In this day and age you don't get as much as you used to and I would tell everyone to call this one! Mike is one of the nicest guys to work with.

Mike N is very knowledgeable in his experience with cars and always answers my questions without making my question seem foolish! Same day service.
