I went by this address today and it is closed until they can find a new something. I really forget what but it is empty and their are sign in the Windows.

The owner is cranky and will rant about other vacuums if he gets a chance. But he is right. I bought my vacuum from the House of Vacuums and have only had it in for repair one time (because I broke the cord). It was cleaned and serviced and had a brand new, longer cord put on. Still works like new. My vacuum is 24 years old.

Just called them because I was out of vacuum cleaner bags, although a reviewer from October 2008 thought they had closed down....someone answered the phone and they are still open for business.as for the other review that said his vacuum is too expensive....well you do get what you pay for. Does it mean it will Never break...of course not, may there be a manufacturer's defect....of course there might be one....but generally you do get what you pay for. I have been very happy with this place, am glad that is still operating.

This business appears to be closed. I manage the ORECK store in Coon Rapids and have sent many to this business for other brand parts but now there is no answer on the phone and a customer said they went there and there was nothing.
