The Hope Academy is a Christ-centered educational institution that was founded in 2000. It enrolls students in kindergarten through grade nine. The academy s educational program consists of language arts, Latin, mathematics, science, history, music, art and physical education. The Hope Academy also offers Strings of Hope, English Language Learners, early intervention in reading and school counseling programs. The academy additionally operates the Harambe Club, which is an after-school club led by the students of the University of Minnesota. The Hope Academy maintains a high school that serves students in grade nine. Its facilities include a library, chapel, playground, and science and computer laboratories. Located in Minneapolis, the academy offers a variety of athletic programs for the physical development of students.
