Haldeman-Homme was founded as the W. W. Haldeman Company in 1924. Initially the company dealt primarily in light material handling equipment for industry, but gradually expanded to include product offerings for the educational, health care and institutional fields. The range of products offered has grown to include contractors, architects, health care facilities, colleges and universities and providing design, sales and service of laboratory equipment, classroom and science casework, athletic flooring, material handling and storage equipment, filing systems and software and technology education equipment and curriculum. The company offers services, such as fully certified technicians and installers, project management, computer aided design engineering and drafting, product layout and design consulting and educational seminars. Haldeman-Homme is headquartered in Minneapolis.
