Brought my laptop in to replace a bad DC jack. When I picked it up the hinge was broken. When I talked to the owner about it, he said it was that way when he opened it. When I said it was fine when I gave it to him he kept repeating, "it was that way when I opened it and it needs replacing". He may be telling the truth about it being broken when he opened it but what if he dropped it and damaged it before he opened it. How he kept wording it upset me, leaving the unanswered question open to skepticism.
