To be honest, I would not even rate this a 1. We had several problems with getting our paper picked up on time and was given a run around on dates/times on when they were coming on the drivers route-- They still haven't showed up. In addition, when calling back to speak with customer service there were no notes in our account about previous calls and we had emails proving what we were told. Not happy customers. I would not recommend.
