i feel that it is to hard to get information

I can only speak for myself but I love this location. I live in Saint Paul and could probably go to a location there and/or I work in downtown Minneapolis and there is one location 2 blocks away, but I'd rather bus 30 minutes to this location.. That's how much I love their service. They always make sure I'm taken care of. They always try to find me the best deal compared to what I book online. And it's not like I'm spending alot, I usually just go for a cheap car for the weekend, and they still treat me as a valued customer. That makes me feel great. They always go the extra mile it seems, and I love it! If you ever need a car from that location - Carrie is amazing. She's always full of energy, and makes you feel there is less to worry about. Be very careful -- this outfit will try every which way to trick you into paying for the extraneous insurance. Do not let them tell you where to initial on the rental agreement: read everything on the paperwork and do not trust them to answer your questions honestly. My salesmen held the paperwork in his hands while he repeatedly tried to convince me that most customers liked the convenience of not having to pump gas and not worrying about scratches. I repeatedly told the salesman 'no', that I would pump the gas before I returned it. He told me to initial in three spots (I thought that the car delearship was paying for this) and did not tell me that the car delearship did not cover these charges. Nor did he ever use the word 'insurance' nor 'optional'. He enever handed me the paperwork until he was telling me where to place my initials. He was sleezy and I was in a big hurry to get to work. It cost me $23 dollars to drive 10 miles that day.
