      The Employment Action Center, also known as EAC, empowers and prepares individuals to achieve their employment potential. Established in 1979, it is a division of RESOURCE. The Employment Action Center s employment services include career counseling, job skills development, training, support and Internet resources. It conducts various parenting workshops, parent-child enrichment activities and offers family case management solutions. The company s business services include free internet job posting and employee retention and outplacement solutions. It serves more than 10,000 adults, youths and families annually. The company conducts dislocated worker, women's, and youth and young parent programs. The Employment Action Center maintains a presence in Minneapolis.
