The doctors are great but working with the business office during these tough economic times will not happen. They forced me to make a payment this morning I could not afford (I guess they don't care if I am able to feed my 5 year old child) and my account is locked until my billed is paid. My prescription for blood pressure medication is running out and I can not get a renewal until I see my doctor and I can not make an appt. until my bill is paid in full. These doctors are the team physicians for the MN Vikings, The Wild, Timberwolves, Swam but if Mr or Ms Common person wants to work with them so they can get the needed healthcare and pay their bill - they will not work with you.
