Dornick Construction remodeled my entire condo. As an airline pilot, I'm frequently gone which made our communications a bit tricky. None the less, Mr. Dornick and his team were up to the task. The kitchen layout was a perfect plan that included European appliances that had many exacting details and tight tolerances that Dornick Construction handled extremely well. The bathroom included heated floors, jacuzzi tub, top of the line vanity fixtures and an intricate tile design. I'm very pleased how it turned out. Even when I need time to make decisions, John guided me through the process, and often met me at showrooms to help me make the correct choice for my project. When I went over my budget on various items, Mr. Dornick provided an itemized accounting on time and materials purchased to help me understand where I stood financially. John was great to work with. He was very patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted to do with our kitchen and how much we wanted to spend. We originally hired Dornick Const. to remodel our kitch, add a front porch and back deck. We liked them so much they have since remodeled a bathroom and built up a room for our teen. They are very personable, realiable, and stay within budget if possible. I can call anytime for advice wheterh or not they are working on a project for us. Dornick construction did both my basement and about 3 years later my kitchen. As I wasn't overly knowledgeable about remodeling, John Dornick's assistance with choosing materials and the designs were hugely appreciated. He kept my budget in mind and both areas are beautiful. Not only do the new kitchen and 'lower level guest room, sauna, bathroom and living room, increase the value of my home, but they also make living in my home much more comfortable.
