Would not recommend this place of business. The serviceman that was sent out was supposed to fix our dishwasher because it wouldn't drain, and our house was at risk of flooding as a result. My husband explained this thoroughly to the serviceman and told him specifically NOT to leave the water running while he was testing the appliance. Rather than testing the appliance and then turning it off before leaving our house, the serviceman left the dishwasher running - with the water on and then left the house to go get a part. As a result, our basement flooded. My husband returned home as the basement was flooding. He opened the door to stop the dishwasher cycle then had to manually drain the water by hand. When we tried to bring this to the owner's attention, we were told it was our fault the basement flooded. No attempts were made to rectify the situation and we were charged full price for the job. Terrible, terrible customer service. Don't trust them.
