I could not have been HAPPIER about my experience with Diamond Bride & Formal and Jana. I was in a crunch for bridesmaids dresses a few months before my wedding and Jana went out of her way to make us feel comfortable in the store and ensuring that we enjoyed ourselves in the process. She was very knowledgable about designers and gave excellent advice about sizes and ordering. The dresses were very affordable, arrived on time, and looked GREAT. I went back to find a veil and Jana again helped me find the perfect one. I even got an awesome discount for buying it off the rack. What an awesome experience! I've referred several other brides to this store who have all bought their bridal gowns there because of the incredible experience Jana and her team provide. A++++

I have to give serious props to these women, they made my wedding dress dreams come true. I had been to many shops and tried on many dresses. I was beginning to think I wasn't going to find "the dress." Seven trips to their store later with 3-4 different family members and I finally picked my gown. Joey and Jana worked within my budget and didn't try and sell me anything that I could not afford. They let me try on whatever I wanted (a few dresses several times) and spend as much time as I needed in each one. I was convinced that they thought I was crazy, but every time I called or walked in, they made me feel comfortable and let me enjoy the process without pressuring me to buy. I found an amazing dress, which was brand new to their collection. It was a tad out of my price range, but they found a way to help me make it work, which really made the difference. They also have bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses and tuxedos, so they really are a one-stop-shop which is super convenient. I would recommend them highly if you want to be taken care of, feel important, and not be pressured. They are very passionate about what they do and it really shows in their customer service. I can't thank them enough for taking care of me.

Best Experience by far! Jana was awesome! She really knows what she is doing and makes your experience fun. You don't feel rushed or pushed in any way. Joey and Jana know how important this is for you and they make you feel like it is important to them as well. They don't pressure you just to make the sale. They are just really good people. My girls and I spent atleast 2 hours with Jana and we all walked out super happy even though I didn't buy my dress that day but we just had such an awesome experience. They both were impressed with her! I later went back with my mom and worked with Joey. My mom and I had a great time purchased a dress and I couldn't be happier. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Diamond Bridal!!! Jana is the most amazing consultant! This shop was the first of 4 that I went to and found myself comparing all the others to it. And to be honest they didn't even compare. The attentiveness of Jana was hands down the best. I love that they have the Grace line of wedding gowns that they design themselves. You can only get them from Jana and Joey so there are not hundereds of other brides wearing your dress!! I did buy one of these dress from Jana and cant stop thinking about it. Honestly if you dont go meet Jana and Joey and see what they have to offer you are making a HUGE mistake.

I can't say enough about the great experience I've had at Diamond Bride and Formal. Despite being smaller, they have a large selection and competitive prices. Joey and Jana have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I bought my wedding dress here and the personalized service was top notch. I went to a few other bridal shops in the Twin Cities and they pale in comparison. The staff listens to what you are looking for and provides good insights. I've also gotten bridesmaid dress and tuxedos here and plan to get jewelry and accessories from them as well. I would highly recommend Diamond Bride!

I first visited Diamond Bride and Formal with my best friend as her maid of honor. I was impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. My friend tends to be very picky when it comes to formal wear- the most important dress she would ever wear was no exception. In a very short time Joey was able to gauge her tastes and give her options that not only appealed to her but would flatter her figure. The whole process was efficient ( from beginning to end and she ended up with the perfect gown. I was more than happy to return to Diamond Bride to find my own gown the following year knowing that I would be in very capable hands. My experience was just as rewarding. The personal service you receive at Diamond Bride is well worth a trip to Plymouth.

I LOVE Diamond Bride and Formal!!! My girls and I went to four stores looking for dresses and had the best experience and most fun at this store. Jana was awesome!! She was so helpful and so much fun, and most of all very up front and honest!! Her knowledge on the inventory and what they could and could not get in was amazing. If there was a dress that we liked by a designer and they didn't have it she would find out if they could, let us know the pricing on the dress and whatever else we wanted to know. She helped us make decisions on dresses if we weren't too sure about them and was super helpful in figuring out down payments and ordering of the dresses. She also notified us of savings they had running at the time. Out of the four places we went to we all felt that the service of Diamond Bridal and Formal out-shined the other places we went to. I would recommend this place to anyone. I look forward to continuing to work with them. Great people and great selections!!

I took a Friday off and went to 5 different places before heading here. The woman that helped me was EXCELLENT. She worked with my budget and didn't try to put me in anything that wasn't flattering. It was more like shopping and having fun with a friend than a complete stranger. They had quite a bit of Plus size dresses also which was awesome. I got out of that place with a dress and accessories for $400. I LOVE IT!

I cannot say enough good about this place! They were simply amazing!!!! Jana was sooo helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with! We were extremely impressed, and loved getting spoiled by her! She really did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted my dress to be/look like, and she did a fabulous job of matching my wishes to help me find the perfect wedding dress for my big day. I LOVE Diamond Bride & Formal!! First of all, they are a smaller bridal shop, compared to like Davids Bridal so I feel like my experience was much better. Both times I went in there was only 1 other bride in there so I was able to have the full attention of Joey and not have to compete with other brides. I also LOVED the dresses; they were unique and priced really well. Lastly, I called to make an appointment for the next day to go in and try on my dress one last time and then order it and learned the shop was going to be closed for a wedding show. Instead of making me an appointment they asked if I could come in later and they would open the shop just for me. This blew me away and I think it really says something about their willingness to bend over backwards for their customers, again something the larger bridal shops dont do. I would recommend anyone go there!

Everyone at Diamond Bride and Formal was very helpful and friendly. They treat you like a person rather than a number like some of the larger bridal stores. They remember you when you come back and always get back to you right away with questions. They also had dresses that no one else had, and I wanted something not everyone had. Overall my experience was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone!

They would not help me because I didn't fill out a ridiculously long registration form. Then a brunette lady with glasses proceeded to rush me out of the dressing room, asking me twice to get out. Horrible customer service. I will never step foot in there again nor recommend it to anyone I know (or even strangers).
