We are fully insured with general liability, commercial auto and workers compensation totaling more than one million dollars on coverage. Our staffs asphalt knowledge dates from the mid 1950's to present and we were recently selected one of the top 100 asphalt contractors for 2002 in "Pavement Magazine". We stand behind our work. We use only late model equipment to insure reliability and quality for your projects. Our trucks have heated beds to unsure that in the colder months when the asphalt is placed, it is placed "hot" so we can achieve proper compaction. Asphalt is made from sand and stone coated with heavy black oil. It needs to be hot to adhere to itself and to pour on your driveway. Named Top 100 Paving Contractors by Pavement Magazine

Worst Purchase Ever

Probably the worst large purchase I have ever made. Put half down 8/6/18 and still don't have my job complete. Was supposed to be done late September-early October of last year and it wasn't. Kept getting the runaround on dates and they would never show up or call to say they weren't coming. I got them to do something by the end of the year, but they they need to come back and do the final layer. The communication has been horrible since day one. I have been the one to start all communication-they never contacted me once about anything. They had no problem taking my money and even billed me for the complete job without my authorization and the job was not complete. This has been nothing short of a disaster. I would not recommend this company to do anything. Zero customer service skills!

Quality Work @ Fair Prices

Nice work - great crew - good clean up - and fair pricing. We had several bids done, Czars was lower than several of them and even less than half of the highest one quoted. We were amazed at the differences in the estimates that we received for the same services requested from each with no "hard-sell" sales tactics. They did a great job and made sure that we were satisified with the job done - even going above and beyond to accomodate some unforseen changes. We will definitely recommend to friends and family for their projects.
