to raychapman10: You're a dumba$$ if you paid $23,000 and don't know what you were paying for. If you didn't take the time (rushed or not you've got freakin $23,000 on the line) that's your poor decision making and your fault. I really hate it when people like you post negative reviews blaming others for your stupid decision making skills.

great kid, his neighbors are my parents. came in and clean the house carpet, took off his shoes, left it spotless. Impressive.
