CCMM is committed to revitalizing properties that meet or exceed HUDs Cost Effective Energy Conservation Standards and the HUD Rehabilitation Energy Guidelines for Multi-Family Dwellings. CCMM has also used the HUD Rehab Guide, which is written for builders, architects, engineers, and other housing rehabilitation professionals, as resource to inform our project management, purchasing, and development processes.
