- After School Program: Mrs. Boston is excited about the opportunity to provide you with a safe and secure environment for your child (or your children) in our After School TaeKwonDo Program. Children can be picked up at their schools and brought to the TaeKwonDo School. There they will work on homework and have a snack that is wholesome and usually organic. Then they will have an hour of TaeKwonDo before they are picked up by you. If there is no homework or it gets completed quickly, stimulating games and activities will be offered. Although classes are taught in a non-militaristic atmosphere, the traditional aspects of discipline and respect are still stressed as an important part of training. Summer Camp: Summer camps are offered as full day or half day. Pay only for days you need. Active outdoor play is encouraged with the emphasis on local parks, beaches, and pools. Museums, bowling, and crafts are some of the great rainy day activities enjoyed by our campers. Organic/healthy meals and snacks are provided. * TaeKwonDo Classes * Yoga Classes * Summer Camp * After School Programs Please call us or visit our web site for class schedules, cost, and promotional programs!

General Info
Classic TaeKwonDo Studios is owned and operated by Mrs. Carolyn Boston. Mrs. Boston has been teaching for over 30 years and has owned this location for over 10 years. She has been a student of Grand Master Moon Kyu Kim for over 28 years and has trained under his Master Instructor in Munich, Germany. Yoga: Classic TaeKwonDo Studios is excited to offer morning classes in Yoga. Classes will be taught by Lola Lesheim Panschar. Lola is a registered RYT 200 Yoga teacher and was first introduced to yoga in the 1970's at age 14 by her 79 year old grandmother who taught Yoga in the basement of a Latvian Church. Lola's practice is influenced by the Iyengar Method which begins with the study of the Yoga asanas or poses where, through the correct systematic and disciplined practice of the asanas, one strengthens and purifies the physical body at all levels including the circulatory, respiratory, organic and nervous systems. She has also trained in the Vinyasa/Flow method connecting breath with movement as taught at Core Power where she completed her Level One Teacher Training and Bikram's Hot Yoga where she is currently studying on a daily basis. Her intention as a teacher is to work with you to bring about a sound, healthy body and a clear peaceful mind, promoting physical health and mental well being. This is achieved through a combination of using breathing and aligning and stretching the body using classic Hatha Yoga poses. All levels are welcome.
