Children s Orchard buys and sells numerous items, including cribs, strollers, play clothes, shoes, boots, Fisher Price toys, toy boxes, chairs, swings and high chairs. The company operates through a network of approximately 100 franchised stores located in more than 20 states in the United States. Most stores operate in high traffic areas with a minimum of 10,000 children up to seven years old. Children s Orchard stores sell nearly 5 million items to nearly 1 million customers on an annual basis. The Children s Orchard concept was established in 1980 and is based in Ann Arbor, Mich.
