1st, they did NOT make it clear that the $30 "deposit" is not a refundable deposit, it is an estimating fee. 2nd, their front desk wrote on their slip that they would call me before doing any work. 3rd, They called with an estimate -for only half of the job. I declined the work. 4th, They just went ahead and did the work!
