We are a small business in So. Mpls. We had a large glass pane window broken and we contacted Bill's to replace the window. They were friendly, on time, and did a fabulous job of replacing a very large window at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for glass replacement.

I do not recommend! This was the best place to have all your glass needs taken care of when Bill Staye ran the shop. However I recently went in to have a bedroom window repaired but the service was sub standard. My roommate dropped the window off early on a Thursday afternoon and was told that there was no one in to give a quote, so they would call me back in the morning. I waited all Friday morning but no call. Then in the afternoon I called them, no answer. A gal called me back about an hour later and quoted a reasonable price but it could not be picked up until Monday. I was a surprised at this as I only have a storm window keeping the heat in at home and it was an easy fix. The gal suggested that if Monday wasnt soon enough I could come and get the window and have someone else do it. Well I didnt have time to find someone else so I told her to fix it and I would get it on Monday but would probably not use their service again, she promptly told me to pick up my window and

I found them very helpful on the phone and the prices could not be beat. They installed my new picture window on time and did a very good job. I was extremely pleased with the service performed, in fact I am planning on having them install a mirror above my sofa in the future as well . I don't know who the previous reviewer spoke to but I spoke to Mike and he was very nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Product is good and prices reasonable, but would definitely not recommend. Office personnel can be rude, discourteous, and definitely not customer oriented. Impossible to contact proprietor of this business, even if he or she is directly asked for. Unresponsive to telephone inquiry and difficult to do business with.
