I contacted Bergstrom Jewelers for an engagement ring and was greeted by Mandie who was extremely helpful. After a short conversation she knew what I was looking for and after a few questions she had exactly what I was looking for. She did all the heavy lifting for me, calling me ahead of time to set up the financing. So when I arrived to "look" at rings with my Fiance it was all ready for us. When we arrived to "look" Mandie brought the ring out of the back room and viola it fit perfect. My Fiance hasn't taken it off yet. Everything was perfect, signed the paperwork, checked out the selection of Men's rings and off we went so I could make an official Proposal. Very professional service from beginning to the end. Had an heirloom ring that was cut repaired and restored, and they did beautiful work and the price was reasonable. Was using this ring to propose, and they gave me a ring box despite this was against policy as it was not one of their rings. Would definitely return, easily the best jewelry store in downtown Minneapolis. Its just off the skyway from City Center.

This was both my mother and mother in law's jeweler, so I naturally went there myself. Have been other places but always return to Bergstrom-the highest quality/best service&price.
