I've never had any issues and I've used their services several times for my POS Sharp TV. I have no complaints.

Highly recomended if you have 4 weeks to wait (and that's with calling them every week) just to try and get a status or an estimate to do the repair, and then they still want you to give them an open check to finish the job.
