Welcome to the AT&T Kiosk at TARGET in northeast Minneapolis! You can find us in the main strip mall, right next to Cub Foods and Home Depot off of Hwy 94. Once you're inside the store, head to the back where the electronics department is located. We are situated in the very back middle of the store, near the clothing and toys section.
