DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! No customer service on weekends or evenings after 5. No customer service during snow events or winter storms. They only work M-F, 7 to 5 which is ridiculous when their clients (Me) work 24/7/365. Phone calls and e,ail are never returned outside business hours and they don't care who you are or what you spend, they won't be inconvenienced by your problems, even with brand new equipment. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Snow plows plus in Buffalo is on site and ready to help during all snow events. I bought a western Wideout ($7G) last year from Aspen, used three times and it died before the first flake fell in this recent 10"+ storm. Aspen won't call or email back, SPP was answering calls and providing service by Sunday at 9 (normally closed). Aspen is awful, DON'T SPEND A DIME THERE!
