I went to this dentist office twice. The first time for a cleaning and check-up. The dentist didn't even introduce himself. He just looked at my teeth quickly, said I had two cavities and was eager to get out of the room. I had some questions and he was in too much of a hurry to really answer anything.I decided to make a second appointment because I just wanted to get my cavities taken care of right away. The second time I came, the front desk staff ignored me. I said "Hello, I'm _____ here for my appointment". The main receptionist just looked at me and then went back to typing. So I looked at the other woman and repeated myself. She just pointed to the chair in the waiting room.I waited for over an hour while other patients are still coming in (and going in before me). I had made this appointment over a week in advance. They didn't say anything to me. No apology or explanation. I had to approach them twice about the long wait.Then, the woman behind the desk takes me to one of t

Unprofessional and rude dentist as well as staff. They overbook their patients and are not concerned with the overall quality and customer service. The staff is incredibly rude. The dentist didn't even introduce himself when he came in to examine my teeth. I was told I had two cavities and made another appointment anyway. The second appointment I had waited over an hour and they said nothing to me. I complained twice. No apologies or explanation. Two more patients come in and he's still working on another person while I'm waiting. They finally bring me to one of the "rooms". I'm still waiting. The dentist and assistant walk by and just look at me. They don't say anything. I went up to the dentist and told him I had been waiting and that his office was unprofessional. He looked up and mumbled "sorry" and then looked back down. His assistant just looked at me. Still two other people waiting. I asked for my x-rays and they only gave me a xerox copy. Still no apologies or anything.
