Jouett Elementary School is a coeducational institution that is operated by Louisa County Public Schools and is located in Mineral, Va. The school provides meal, medical and bus transportation services to students. It has a parent-teacher association that works with students, their families, schools and businesses to expand the educational opportunities for students. Jouett Elementary School organizes various intellectual programs and contests that include Odyssey of the Mind. It also operates an after-school program sponsored by the Louisa County Parks and Recreation Department, which offers various sports and art and craft programs. Established in 1985, Jouett Elementary School offers academic programs to students in prekindergarten through fifth grade.
