It was awful! Totally rude! I'm a 60yr old overweight and they called for help with a 2 ton female! I was visiting a friend in Mineral Ridge when my heart starting racing terribly! I went to get up and felt dizzy n light headed I passed out. Friend called911 ! They had to carry me down 6 steps with a sheet! There was room for the cot they made a big deal about it! Then when in ambulance I was Cramping Terribly ! He told me too stop it! Wow guess he thought was doing on purpose! Then he strapped me in tighter! Yes I tried to turn my body was having spasms! Then he gave me Narcam twice I was told by my Dr at hospital! He said Ambulance EMT said I was on drugs! I said I wasn't! EMTsaid yeah that's what they all say! Please train your employees better manners! Should have consider an allergic reaction an Epi pen next time! Also more respect for patients! I sure hope don't have too call them ever again! P. S. They didn't treat there female EMT with respect either! Please correct that problem! What I heard was terrible! I will just leave it at that! Nancy A. Gettner as far a a rating it was very very poor!!
