I recently had an occasion where a nearby gas station told my wife she needed over $500 in front end repairs for her car. I told her to decline the repairs and we dropped the car off with Bill and Chino at Tilden Car Care on Willis Avenue in Mineola. When I returned to pick it up, they told me there was nothing wrong and it looked like the grease spots the gas station mechanics showed my wife had been recently placed there on purpose. When I asked what I owed them, they wouldn't even charge anything. If you are looking for some great mechanics who are as honest as the day is long, you can't beat the Gonzalez brothers.
