Unfortunately, this site does not allow you to give 0 stars. Not only did I deal with several vendors for my wedding, but I have experience dealing with vendors as part of my position as a Marketing Associate, and I have to say that this is the WORST vendor I have EVER dealt with! My centerpiece arrangements were incomplete; they provided the wrong stands for the outdoor ceremony flowers, so the flowers had to be put on the ground; and they were supposed to light my reception hall pink (for $2,000 extra), but instead lit the hall white (so it looked like the light from the regular chandeliers). To top it all off, Brian refused to return my phone calls for 2 months, and when I was finally able to speak to him, he refused to refund my money for the incorrect lighting or give a partial refund for the incomplete arrangements. After speaking for 15 minutes, he finally said, 'If you don't like it, take me to court'. I would not reccomend this vendor to my worst enemy!

FLOWERS BY BRIAN IS TERRIBLE, AND THE OWNER IS WORSE! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY! YELLING AT HIS CUSTOMERS AND TALKING DOWN TO THEM! I FEEL AS THOUGH I AM IN A BAR WITH HIM ARGUING OVER A FEW BEERS!!! HE RUINED OUR WEDDING AND WHEN WE CAME BACK FROM OUR HONEYMOON WE WENT TO SPEAK TO BRIAN....HIS SHRUGGED US OFF, NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS, DOES NOT GIVE MONEY BACK, AND YELLS AT PEOPLE! HE DELIVERED ONE LESS BRIDESMAIDS BOUQUET, A MOTHERS CORSAGE WAS MISSING, MY HUSBANDS FLOWER WAS DEAD. THE CHURCH HAD NO BOWS AND FLOWERS ON THE PEWS, AND THEY DELIVERED 18 CENTERPIECES WHEN I ORDERED 20, AND I CAUGHT HIS DRIVER TAKING FLOWERS OUT OF THE OTHER CENTERPIECES TO SPREAD THEM OUT FOR THE ONES HE DID NOT DELIVER!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. AND BESIDES THE DRIVER DEMANDED A LARGE TIP. WHEN I GAVE 20 DOLLARS HE SAID "KEEP IT COMING"....WOW WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR, WHY WOULD ANYONE RECOMMEND THEM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS BESIDES ALL OF THE FLORAL MISTAKES.
