I did not have the same experience as the other ppl on here... Mine was great, Great service the Mechanic was wonderful, the customer service to schedule my appt was wonderful and both very helpful. Will recommend and definatly use again.

They showed up 2 hours late and he was incredibly rude

When my refrigerator suddenly stopped working on a Sunday morning, I started searching for a service shop. After reading countless reviews on different service shops I decided to call All Alliance Appliance. They came the next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this company. The tech was very friendly and professional.

They are very rude. I have used them a couple of times and took the abuse because of ignorance and this last time was the last straw. We called the night before for a repair, they said that they would call in morning. I am sitting here, it is now noon time, and they still have not called. My husband called again, and they pretty much hung up on him. Found another appliance repair on this website, they are coming in 20 minutes. All Alliance Appliance Parts just lost a customer and referrals.
