We (mainly my elderly Mom) have been using Loye's for many years, and they have always been very helpful, even when being so was unconventional. We have been very satisfied with their service, and we like doing business with locally-owned family businesses. They also have a great gift shop and packaging/mailing service. The quality of service has strongly outweighed the occasional marginally higher price.
