      I consider Yen Ching to be the standard by which others are measured. I have been a patron for 20+ years, eat a lot of chinese food while travelling and the only place the food was better was in Taipei, Taiwan. My favorites are thier sizzling rice soup, pot stickers, crabmeat rangoon, kung pao beef, orange beef, Yen Ching beef, twice cooked pork, moo shu pork, cashew chicken, garlic chicken, buddha's delight, sizzling rice shrimp and happy family.
