He should be let loose in a zoo because he has the customer service of a hyena. He breaks equipment on purpose, drinks (open bottle of wine visible to customers upon entering the store) on the premises while working, and quite frankly is a big bully!!!! Does not know what he is doing! Please go wherever you bought your equipment to have it repaired!!!

I highly recommend Tek365. I broke the screen on my Nokia Lumia 920 a week after I got it and about a month after the phone came on the market. Best Buy wanted $130.00 to replace my nic card. For a $20 card thats way to much for 30 minutes of technical support. They guys at Tek365 were able to do it for under $85 and I appreciate the quick service.

Thank you, my laptop is working well and it was easy to find in Brookfield. The price was fair, BestBuy wanted $250 and Tek365 did the repair for $95
