I've never been in this store but I just talked with the most helpful associate named Matt. I'm doing research and preparing for a painting project and he took the time to speak with me at length about the products Sherwin Williams has and how I can use them. He did a great job on the phone and I bet the service is as good or better in person... he didn't even know if I'd end up a customer! I love good-old-fashioned customer service. Thank you, Matt!
