Horrible establishment! Will never EVER do business here again after being repeat customers! Inexperienced delivery staff ripped furniture as they were rushing to push furniture into my door. Then when I contacted the manager I was told it was MY fault that they were delivering it in the first place. Originally we were supposed to pick the couch up, but do to it not being in when it was supposed to and after the manager rescheduling for the second time we demanded that they deliver the furniture in compensation for it not being in on time. The delivery staff then left the couch in the parking lot of my home when my husband went inside to put on shoes. Management refused to give our money back and quit answering the telephone. We are outraged as we have family in from out of town and have not been able to entertain due to the continuous negligence of this joke of an establishment! I urge everyone to spend their money elsewhere and not deal with a company that will NOT take responsibility and clearly does not value their customers.

I love this store there affordable and they have great items to choose from catalogs as well as in store floor items, the store clerks are very helpful and patient. They give you time to decide what it is you would like to buy instead of those pushy sales men and women that hover over as trying to push you to buy something quickly. I would recommend this store to anyone who is trying to purchase good quality furniture.
