Recently my wife and I purchased a 2019 Rogue from Rosen Nissan and were very satisfied on how we were treated. Greg Silvers was the young man that helped us and were very satisfied with his knowledge of the product and the importance of what we were looking for in this vehicle. I recently purchased a new car from Rosen. Charlie Rono was the sales person and it was a pleasure to work with him. It was almost a 2 month time period from my first test ride before I was ready to make a purchase. He was very patient, understanding and responsive to my questions. If he did not know an answer to my question, he would find out verse making something up. He also let me know up front that the spare was extra and was open about dealer fees and other information that was helpful for me to know. I also appreciate that he did not use the typical tag-team approach to selling cars. All of my interactions with exception of one were with him and I did not have to meet all of the managers every-time I came in. During my visits to the dealership, I observed Charlie working with other customers and his approach was consistently respectful and professional. He strikes me as a very hard working person and he deserves the business. If you're in search of a Kia, Nissan or used car, I would recomend giving Charlie a call.
