Cheap, but you get what you pay for. I stayed here for over 3 months and this is what I found:
The Good: The staff was courteous and accommodating. The price was reasonable especially for a month stay. Breakfast was good. I stayed in a jacuzzi room one week and it was nice. Good Internet. Easy/close parking.
The Bad: The rooms weren't very clean, especially the bathroom. I stayed in 3 different rooms over the 3 months and one of them had BED BUGS. Luckily I carefully checked the bed and found them before I unpacked. The staff moved me immediately and I had no other trouble after that. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. There was no safety locks or chains on the doors, which kind of bothered me. Also I was told that if I paid for an entire month up front and I had to leave early that I would get my money back. But when that happened, they refused to give my money back, which cost me over $700! The manager did call and argue with the corporate office on my behalf, but it didn't help.
Overall, I'd stay away from this one if possible.
