Being in my 70's, I was apprehensive about going to a therapist. My apprehension quickly lost at the first session. The people there were so kind that my visits became enjoyable. I was given exercises to do as homework with clear instructions at the office, and paper instructions that included drawings. It made it easy to remember for me. The best thing about going to PT Plus is that I feel a lot better physically.
