      The service was very good...was given a 5% discount for answering a question...than the car I reserved had got sold as we were filling out my paperwork...so I was given an upgrade...

      I was up front about our need for a one-way rental to pick up a relative's car in another state. They insisted the rental would only be the 119.99 plus tax for a day but we were actually charged that daily rate and an addition drop fee of 154.98. It would have been cheaper and faster to fly the destination. Avoid renting from Enterprise.
