DO NOT RENT FROM DAK PROPERTIES!!!
This company is croaked I had mold in my apartment that they never took care of and now they are coming after me for money I don’t owe from 10years ago. Their records are wrong I have told them this from the beginning. I really hope karma hits them bad!

David Earldson IS a POS !! HE IS the bottom of the food chain !!! Stay away from his properties !! WE have lived In one of his apts for the past two years and the guys IS a slum LORD !! All he cares about Is his money . Some sites that I have been to show he only makes $500,000 to $1 Mil a year . Thats BS . He owns so much .
We have a AC unit that doesnt work , a Disposal that leaks and he wont fix them cause he claims , per the lease , they arent a priority . Even though they came with the apt . Our fridge leaks water . Water damage In bedroom and black mold In the bathroom . Hes a POS !! If you rent from him I feel sorry for you .

I have been renting from DAK for the past 3 years, before that I rented from the sole owner of that same property for 12 years. Now, I have read some terrible reviews on this site about DAK, but let me just say this, they not only are professional, but helpful when you need it! I would still be living in my apartment if not for health factors that I needed to address, but DAK was SO GOOD to me and wonderful to me while they took over the property. The on site managers were amazingly helpful! And when something major needed to be repaired, I called the main office and it was fixed within a week, two weeks tops if a special part needed to be ordered. I treated my apartment as if I owned it, and DAK soon realized this when I would call about some of the repairs that needed to be done AFTER they took over the property. I am a double amputee, so having big divots in the walkway leading to the building could have injured me. When I called DAK, they had someone out that week to fix it! In winter, the ice and snow makes it difficult for ANYONE to walk, now imagine being a double amputee at 5:00am and having to deal with that! But one call to the onsite managers and the main office, never did I have tp call or worry again! The apartment on Kathleen Court in Franklin is what I always referred to as "The Diamond in the Rough" because it is the hidden gem of apartments in Franklin!

I've been with dak since 1999 and never had a problem. dak has worked with me and I'm still renting from them. If you don't do right by them how do you expect them to do right for you.

Terrible service lacking integrity.

I've been renting with DAK for years and they always did right by me. They've worked with me and the building I live in is always clean and safe. I am very satisfied with where I live and do not plan on leaving anytime soon.

Don't move here if so your going to regret it! This is a Warning!! They don't take care of their properties & they trap people by doing a year lease every single year. Then they make you do a 60 day notices instead of a 30 like everybody else do.

DAK will sever your lease agreement if they can rent out your apartment to someone else for more money. Never rent from DAK.
