I received quite a variety of services at Body Mechanics starting with physical therapy which lead to introduction to their yoga program and personal training. Massage therapy is without a doubt, the best, and now a regular part of my healthcare. In physical therapy I not only received personal attention, but more manual therapy than other facilities providing just take home exercises for me.
