Do not do business with Atomic Park! I am convinced the testimonials on their site are made up. I ordered a keyboard from a "add to cart" type button and the keyboard I received was not what I ordered. I called but could not even leave a message because the mailbox is full. There have been no responses to my emails, which is the only way they say on the phone to get customer service. Additionally, the item was supposed to ship free that day but it was backordered and I was charged for shipping. I am now stuck with something I didn't want.
This is the worst outfit I have encountered on line. I ordered a hard drive on January 9, 2007 and received it shortly thereafter. It did not fit my computer and they issued an RMA #( DG07129A12) . I sent it back with the RMA number. I waited a long time and when I sent several emails, they claimed that they have not received it. When I provided the UPS tracking number and the person who received it, they finally acknowledged the return, and promised a refund. I waited another two weeks and no refund. I was fed up with this and tried it to charge back with my credit card company only to find out the time limit for charge back expired. Looking back, this must have been their tactic all along because I received this morning a taunting email telling me, "I would advise you to pursue the charge back."Before this email, the last email they sent me was "Thanks for your e-mail! I?ve verified that your return was received, and I?ve gone ahead and requested the credit for you." Thanks again!"

Placed order 11-26, they charged my c.c. 11-27, can't even get product in to send to me. Have spoken with cust. ser. several times and can't seem to get anyone to take care of getting my money back. I've never dealt with a com. that takes your money before they ship what it was you ordered.
3 out of 4 copies of Win XP Pro bought from BigClearance.com (alias for AtomicPark.com) came up as "Incorrect Product Key" after installation and would not activate. Software keys had apparently already been loaded on someone else's PCs and so I could not activate the software! Called customer service number to obtain valid keys, and received neither replacement keys nor a refund. They told me that *I* was trying to scam THEM!!! These people are a ripoff, and only a fool would send them $. Three days of calling and emailing their "Customer DISservice" department with no satisfactory solution. Their "Happiness Guarantee" refers to the happiness of their CEO only- happy because he sold you trash and he keeps your money! I would give this website NO stars if possible. Sold me unusable, illegal software. STAY AWAY!!!
