Located in Milwaukee, Wis., American Heart Association Inc. is a cardiovascular disease and stroke rehabilitation center. The organization conducts an array of programs, such as physical activity, weight management, nutrition center, quit smoking and stress management, to name a few. The health center provides treatment for various health conditions, including arrhythmia, cardiac arrest, cardiovascular conditions of childhood, cholesterol, diabetes and heart attack, among others. Additionally, American Heart Association Inc. serves clients with high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, peripheral artery disease (PAD) and stroke.
