They are busy but if you have appointments all cars get fitted real nice, good family business lady at front desk very nice I’m knowledgeable about what they are installing .
ALARMTRONIX is my favorite and ONLY place I go for all of my car audio equipment and installation. Randy is owner of the company is an amazing guy, he has great customer service. He takes his time with you and explains everything in great detail. I've been there many times and will definitely be coming back. They also have great competitive prices on all of their equipment and installation.

I had a remote start put in a few months ago for my belated birthday present and for the first month it worked great! I called Randy to explain what happened and he told me to come in right away. I had to wait a few days so I could drop it off but as soon as I could, I went in and dropped it off. Randy called me in a few hours and told me my car was done. When I got there he told me that he swapped out the system for a complete new one and it was no charge for it. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!! THANK YOU RANDY :)
I had a remote start put on my 2013 Lexus it works wonderfully. I was cautious on who installed it do to having problems in the past by work done by low end shops. I am a happy customer and they will be seeing my business again.
I liked this place when I purchased the child safety alarm (they were the only place I ever found that sold this type of alarm) HOWEVER the key has broken off inside the alarm and They refuse to ship the replacement key that I will be purchasing for $19.95 or $29.95. REALLY??? You couldn't charge me $5 or $10 and throw it into an envelope? I live an hour away.
When I came into the business, I was helped right away. I was shown many different products and didn't know much about them. The gentlemen helped me by making a few suggestions and showing me the difference between them. They stand behind there work and are a very reputable company.
