We had some trouble with our furnace in the last month and then it up and stopped the other night and would not start up. We asked around with some friends and neighbors and we were referred to Pavlik for help. We called them and they came out immediately. Steve was awesome and showed me everything he was doing to trouble shoot and explained to me what he was doing. It turned out that my 19 year old furnace needed a pretty severe repair and I was explained my options and costs. I decided to get an estimate to replace (didn't want to keep sticking money into something on its way out). Steve had Noah and Susan there within an hour to explain options and costs. They were outstanding to deal with. I went with a replacement of furnace and AC since it was 19 yrs old as well. The team that came to install was absolutely outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When they were done, you couldn't even tell they were there. I am extremely happy with our decision and the furnace we choose is perfect for our home and we could tell the difference immediately! I would recommend this business to anyone and I look forward to my relationship with them.
