Milton High School, also known as MHS, offers learning opportunities to more than 1,035 students. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as mathematics, music, physical education, science and social studies. The school also offers special education classes for students with learning difficulties. Milton High School operates Spanish, French and key clubs. The school has over 70 staff members. It provides membership options in the Future Business Leaders of America and the National Honor Society. The school offers several sports activities, including baseball, basketball, cross-country, football, softball and volleyball. It additionally provides guidance counseling services and operates a library. Milton High School is governed by the School District of Milton.
