This place is horrible!!!!!!!! I just wasted $10 and my car is still covered in dirt! What a waste. I wish I could give zero stars

Scam! Used touchless machine twice won't go again. First visit I put in $8 and there's was no soap did not clean my car. Second usage I paid the highest $12 thought better soap provided only basic soap and dry blower didn't work. If the machines don't improve and if owner continues treating customers poorly then I wish his business bankrupts immediately!

The guy that owns this place is a jerk. He touch less doesn't work at all and he knows it. I asked for money back and he said send me some photos and he said they didn't look that bad . He even didn't give me a free return to try to make me happy .

they need to rename it to

WE SCREW YOU SUDS AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOU

HORRIBLE Just put in 20$ bill only got 8 tokens no change back and my car is still filthy DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE Called the phone number liter no answer no machine. HORRIBLE

Heads up people don't wash ur car at sudstar in the touchless booth! What a joke!I payed 8 buck and got only HALF my truck washed it sprayed driver side fine and nothing on other side.The washed side wasn't even that clean for ten bucks you can get an awesome wash at tahoma gas station in fife. Lesson learned plus I want my 8 bucks back please.thank you Tina Moen

DON'T give your money to this guy (who drives a Bentley), the osculating blowers to dry your car in the touchless wash have been broken for months. This morning I asked when it would be fixed after being told in an Email that it would be next Tuesday, and he said when the part comes in. After asking him when he thought that would be, he told me in an unprofessional way "When it comes in it comes in. After telling him that he has lost my business until it is fixed, he gave me the middle finger, not only then but again as I left his place of business. Customer friendly they are not. What else is broken in this place that you are paying for?
